SHIPPING

Shipping on all products across India is free.

All new orders are shipped within 3-4 business days from Gurgaon. It usually takes 4- 8 business days for delivery.

CANCELLATION:

You can send a cancel request on support@okys.in, the order can only be cancelled if it is not shipped.

RETURNS

Return shipping is chargeable as per actual for customers. To create a return request, please visit write to us along with your order details at support@okys.in .

Our return policy lasts till 2 days after you have received the order.

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.

We shall only be accepting returns if

If a wrong product has been received
If you identify a manufacturing defect on the received product
If the product is received in a damaged condition

After inspecting the returned items we will add an equivalent amount of Store Credits to your account. Store credits can be used for a future purchase and they never expire. Under no circumstances shall we be able to process a cash/bank refund.
